LW6, a hypoxia-inducible factor 1(HIF) inhibitor, which potently inhibits HIF-1α accumulation by degrading HIF-1α without affecting the HIF-1a mRNA levels during hypoxia. It inhibits HIF and MDH2 with IC50 values of 4.4 and 6.3 μM, respectively.
